Newark Opens its Doors

Rahnell Mills, Mikell Watson, and Violet Gramazio • October 6, 2023

Newark High School’s Open House was very successful on October 6th 2023. It was hosted by the Newark faculty. This event was held for parents and students to be able to take a look at Newark High School’s grounds, teachers and what type of classes they have to offer to the student.

There were live art paintings being made and the band played music in the cafeteria. School Clubs also gave information for after school activities and classes in the west gym near the school entrance.

Hi My name is Mikell Watson, Mikell is currently a senior at Newark high school, After high school He hope to become a cybersecurity or a computer analyst but if not thats ok. He also hopes to be stable enough to the point where he is independent by himself. Favorite hobbies of his are Hanging out with family,Traveling,going to the gym,and mostly chilling with friends.Mikell is on newark buzz

Violet Gramazio

Socializing is one of Violet's strong suits when it comes to just meeting new people. Photography helps her catch a new side of people and helps her understand them from different perspectives.
